Optical separators

Optical sorting machine is capable to recognize and sort material by its physical and chemical properties and color in a single sorting process. Various materials, such as cardboard, newspapers, magazines, plastics, etc. could be recognized with infrared technologies. Technology of separation of materials by their atomic density can be used at automatic selection. Machine has an option of stabilizing of material feed on accelerating conveyor, belt of which moves at speed of 3-4 m/s.

Pre-sorted from fine fraction waste flow is being loaded in optical sorting machine. It is necessary to provide size of parts no less than 100x100 mm and no more than 400x600 to improve the quality of automatic sorting.
